HET IS OFFICIEEL..!!! Na 15 jaar met veel plezier en toewijding te hebben gewerkt aan de Schieweg 141a , zijn we er letterlijk en figuurlijk uitgegroeid. De oude shop met de houten wobbel vloer, geen ruimte om fatsoenlijk te lopen op de werkvloer, geen ruimte voor een extra guestspot station en geen ruimte voor een fatsoenlijk tekenruimte, is echt te klein geworden. Dusss….tijd voor vernieuwing en verbetering. Jullie hebben waarschijnlijk al wat teasers/foto's voorbij zien komen van de verbouwing van onze nieuwe lokatie. De werkvloer is bijna 2 x groter dan t oude nest en bied ruimte aan 5 volwaardige stations, waarbij er nog voldoende loopruimte overblijft..! Daarbij komt nog een ruimte achterin de shop van +/- 50 m2…OM RUSTIG EN GECONCENTREERD TE KUNNEN TEKENEN/VOORBEREIDEN YOOOO..!!!;) 

Ons nieuwe adres wordt MARINIERSWEG 78A in Rotterdam. Telefoon, email etc. blijft ongewijzigd. Evenals onze kwaliteit, service en enthousiasme…!! We hopen per 10 september jullie allemaal te mogen verwelkomen in ons nieuwe stekkie…Tot die tijd zijn we nog open op de Schieweg 141A, en gaan we hoogstwaarschijnlijk van 31 augustus tot 9 september een weekje dicht om alles goed voor te kunnen bereiden. De officiële opening met feessie, pinda's, ranja enzo zal later in t jaar plaatsvinden en wordt zeker nog bekend gemaakt..! Houdt de blog (www.inkstitution.com) of onze FB pagina in de gaten voor updates..!!

IT'S OFFICIAL..!!! After 15 years of having worked at the Schieweg 141a with much fun and dedication, we have literally grown out of the place. The old shop with a wobbly wooden floor, no space to move in between stations, no decent space for a guestspot and no drawing space, has grown too damn small on us. Sooo…time for renewal and improvement. You probably already have seen some teasers/photo's floating by, of the progress on the new location. The floor is almost 2 times larger than the old nest and accommodates 5 stations easy, with still plenty of space to move around..! In addition there's our OWN backroom of approx 50 sq mtrs….TO DRAW, PAINT AND PREPARE  YOUR TATTOO IN PEACE AND SILENCE AIGHT..!!!;)

Our new address will be MARINIERSWEG 78A in Rotterdam. Phone nr, email etc stay unaltered, as will our quality, service and enthusiasm…!! We hope we can hit it off Sept 10th and welcome all of y'all again at our new location. 'Till that time we still be working out of the old shop and most likely will close for a couple of days between August 31st and Sept 9th, to get the new shop ready for some rock solid tattooing. We shall announce an official opening-party, with peanuts and lemonade, a bit later this year. Keep an eye out for updates @ the blog www.inkstitution.com and our FB page..!!!

Hey folks. It's me Rudy. I'm here to show you what Errol is going to start on today, he just finished stencilling Björn the Butcher with this fine piece of 'whatthefuckdoyouwant' tattoo on his chest.

Björn is a real butcher and from now on he's the most bad-ass butcher you'll ever meat (hehe..)

Lady Day!

Billie Holiday, as you all may know (and should know!) was an American jazz singer and songwriter. Nicknamed "Lady Day" Holiday had a seminal influence on jazz and pop singing. Errol had the change to do a great piece on regular customer, Lonneke!

A little bit of Thailand.

Today, Errol's customer brought some images from her trip to Thailand where she visited Sculpture Park Sala Kaew in Nong Khai. This is what Errol came up with.
